Fish farm in SW georgia has multiple positions avaible. Here' s what I need: 1) Farm manager to oversee seining and gathering of channel catfish. Best candidate will have experience managing labor, fish and pulling nets. Processing experience and HSSAP certification a huge plus too! 2) Seining crew to come in and totally seine and drain 15 ponds of 1 lb sized channel catfish and deliver to on-site (at farm) processing plant. Can pay on a poundage/pond/contract basis 3) Catfish processing manager to oversee crew in processing 1 pound size whole channel catfish. Manager will be able to get plant up and running and immediately start processing. I can fill one/all or a variety of these positions. Job will be short term in nature and last 1 to 3 months. Can provide housing too! Very flexible employer.
