Responsible for providing and/or coordinating delivery of HR support functions across assigned client groups. Proactively seeks to leverage human capital via support of L&D efforts, employee development, administration of the performance management system, and assuring appropriate staffing utilization. Conducts disparity analysis, prepares Affirmative Action Plans and drafts pre-arbitration briefs. Participates in union contract negotiations and provides daily administration of the collective bargaining agreement. Ensures legal compliance with all applicable State and Federal employment laws.
