PLANT CONTROLLER Requisition ID 2388 Full/Part Time Full-time Location ALBANY GA Description Responsibilities: Responsible for management of the financial accounting and internal control processes and systems at the Albany, GA box plant. Responsibilities include month-end closing, account analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, annual standards, internal control oversight of inventories and capital assets, A/P, A/R, sales accounting, and maintaining plant transactional systems. Other duties include direct supervision of the plant accounting staff, systems administration, and finding ways for the plant to operate more efficiently which will include studies on customer profitability, new business, new equipment, and cost reduction initiatives. Basic Qualifications: BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Business. Accounting courses must include cost and intermediate. 10 years experience in accounting or financial analysis role (Manufacturing experience highly preferred).
