Produce graphics for early and late evening news shows.Knowledge of photoshop a must. Other duties that can be taught include fill in work with studio equipment (camera, prompter, etc.). Knowledge of other software like After Effects and understanding 32bit graphics is a plus. Applicant will also learn broadcast still store (pinnacle lighting) and character generator (chyron duet running lyric). Knowledge of windows computer platform, basic understanding of networking, and a good mind for detais both in design and task oriented situations. While the hours are 3p to midnight, there are times when the applicant will have to work beyond that for special projects, weather coverage, emergency events, non-emergency events, vacation coverage and election nights, etc. The applicant must pass a pre-employment drug screen.Skill:PhotoshopGeneral computer skills
