Mandatory: --Must have four years experience with hands-on end-user training in the use of internet based computer applications. (Demonstrated experience in remote training using applications such as GoToMeeting a plus). --Must have four years experience demonstrating proficiency in user manual development and end user documentation. --Must have four years experience with presenting training material to a diverse audience (Experience with State or local government and/or mental health programs a plus). --Must have two years experience in planning, scheduling and managing training sessions. --Must have four years experience in computer skills, web navigation and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel). 4 --Must possess a Bachelors degree (any major) or higher. --Effective English language verbal and written communication skills. --A valid
