The Director of Service (DOS) is responsible for defining and driving the region's business plan, including revenue, contribution margin, materials and controllable costs. The DOS will manage assigned customer service areas through leadership and development of direct and dotted line reports (ASM's, ROM, Inside Sales and USAM's). Provide field service leadership in order to achieve revenue and margin targets, customer loyalty, world-class service, and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Accountable for positive leadership of direct reports to include ongoing direction, coaching, and career development Drives business results and manages customer relationships within area of responsibility Owns operational processes (PM completion, Overtime management, NCR, FE Tool utilization)
